У статті визначено провідні інтегральні модуси, що віддзеркалюють процес формування й утвердження музичного професіоналізму в південно-східному регіоні України, центром якого є місто Дніпро. Зазначено основні етапи розвитку провідного навчального закладу регіону – від музичних класів до закладу вищої освіти – Дніпропетровської академії музики, яка у 2023 р. відзначає ювілей – 125-ї річницю заснування навчального закладу та продовжує зберігати й пропагувати музичну класику, плекати національні традиції, підтримувати й розвивати молоді таланти. Наведено ряд імен відомих музикантів, викладачів і вихованців навчального закладу, творча та викладацька діяльність яких здобула визнання в Україні та світі.
