The journal “Art and Education” adheres to an Open Access policy, providing free and unrestricted access to all published content.

The journal operates under the Diamond Open Access model, which ensures that no fees are charged to either authors or readers. The editorial office does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication. All journal content is freely available without any access restrictions. Authors, including PhD candidates (third-cycle higher education students), incur no publication-related costs.

All articles are made openly available immediately upon publication (without any embargo period) on the journal’s official website.

All content is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author and the original source.

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. After publication, authors may distribute their work in other venues, provided that the original publication in the journal is properly acknowledged.
