Preparation of Bachelors of Music Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article deals with the issues of preparation of Bachelors of education specialty 5В010600 – Music Education according a new educational program. Its purpose is to prepare a highly qualified music teacher, who has a high social and civil responsibility as well as the ability to carry out professional activity in the modern conditions of the development of society. The objectives of this education are to provide high-quality professional training of future music teachers in accordance with the social order of the society, updating the content of education and world educational standards. There are such types of professional activity as educational; technological; social and pedagogical; experimental research; organizational and management.
The author presents the experience of creating a universal matrix of the Kazakh educational program for pedagogical specialties in Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. The graduates will work in schools with updated content of education. The innovative nature of the structure of the educational program of musical and pedagogical education is formed on the basis of three cycles of disciplines: general education, basic education and specialized education.
The problems of innovative educational technologies of the modern high school have been discussed. They are divided into types: organizational connected with optimization of conditions of educational activity; methodological aimed at updating the content of education and improving its quality; management is founded on innovations that allow students – to use teaching materials effectively; to acquire professional knowledge; to develop problem-searching thinking; to intensify research work, etc.; that allow teachers – to improve the quality of existing technology to trainin specialists. Innovative technologies ensure the improvement of the quality of education and, consequently, the competitiveness of the university in the market of educational services.
