Стаття присвячена ювілею українського композитора В.І. Скуратовського. Розглядається його життєтворчість с точки зору педагогічної та просвітницької діяльності. Акцентуються головні засади сучасного музичного просвітництва. Досліджено шляхи та методи формування музичного інтелекту в слухацькій аудиторії просвітницьких проєктів В.І. Скуратовського. Проаналізовано багаторічний досвід програми «Дитяча філармонія» та музично-педагогічного проєкту «Юна опера» (м. Дніпро). Запропоновано до уваги музику «Альбому для дітей» В.І. Скуратовського.
